WARRANTY
AND TECH SUPPORT POLICY
Unfortunately, due to the nature of mobile video
products being used for custom installation purposes, AVDeals cannot
accept any returns or provide any warranty coverage. Warranties are provided
and administered by the manufacturer of the product. Please contact
the
manufacturer directly regarding any claims or questions.
All products that AVDeals sells are brand new,
factory A-stock, and come with the full manufacturer's warranty. In the
case of a product failure and/or replacement, the product will
have to be returned
to the manufacturer. AVDeals does not
provide any technical support on mobile video related products.
RETURN
POLICY
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ANY MOBILE
VIDEO PRODUCTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All mobile video products are shipped fully
insured. In the case of a product being damaged or lost in shipping,
the product will be replaced at our cost. Damaged products that have
been returned will be replaced subject to inspection by AVDeals. Any mobile video product damaged in shipping must be
reported to AVDeals within 24 hours. If possible, any damage
to the exterior of the box should be marked on the waybill.
In order to maintain extremely low prices on all our products.
AVDeals cannot provide units for customers to "test drive".
Unlike
many retailers AVDeals never sells unit which have been previously
sold, returned and repackaged as a new unit!!!!
